December 19, 2014 Aria CV, Inc., Saint Paul, MN—a developer of medical devices to treat heart failure related to pulmonary hypertension, today announced the initial closing of a $6.3 million Series A preferred equity financing. The financing round was led by Catalyst Health Ventures and includes Broadview Ventures and Cedar Point Capital.  The proceeds from this financing will be used to advance development and perform clinical testing of the device.
